    To Miss Creative: Thank you for your comment. If you listen to my Podcast number 15, you will know to “86″ something means to get rid of something. In the movie, Princess means to get rid of the flags(on the car). Maybe she is embarrassed by them. The other person says “No”, because they are useful if he wants to park the car, meaning he can park anywhere because the car is a government car (with the flags).
