Very nice to see the idioms about food. haha~ lewis, I want to ask you, since you have been living in China for years, how do you think about our Chinese food genuinely? Do you really like it? Have you always gotten large interests to have a try of a recommended Chinese food from your Chinese friend? Hope to get your reply, thanks!

Thanks Michael for the comments. As with most country’s foods, I like some and don’t like some. As for Chinese food, I prefer Xinjiang and Guandong food style. One of my favorites is 甜酸鸡, sweet and sour chicken and sweet and sour pork, tangcu-paigu. I don’t like spicy food, for example, from Hunan.
